What Are Your Shipment Processing Times?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Business days are Mondays to Fridays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Below are our shipping options.

5-7 Business Days, depending on your location within the U.S. 

Expedited (Domestic)
2-3 Days

7-21 Days depending on your location.

USPS Overnight (Lash Emergency)

1 business day. If orders are placed on a business day past 2 p.m., the order will be shipped the following day, due to the cut-off delivery schedule of domestic carriers. 

My Package Was Marked "Delivered," but I haven't received it!

Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:

  • USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day or so.
  • Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
  • If the package still does not show up please call USPS to file a claim.¬†ABG LASHWEAR cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!

What Are Your Subscription Shipping Times?

Subscription orders are shipped on weekdays only and are calendared to ship out on the next automatically calendared date of the customer's preference. The customer can cancel the subscription at any time, via their account. For any questions regarding subscription contact abglashwear@gmail.com 

Our Domestic Shipping Policy

Currently we ship to anywhere in the United States. Please note, for P.O. Boxes., only the United States Postal Service can deliver items to a P.O. Box.  Should a customer's mailing address be a P.O. box, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have selected U.S. Postal service as their carrier of choice.

Please make sure your address is a working deliverable address for all mail and package carrier selections provided (in example, University Dormitories, Hotels). 

We do not refund for any deliveries lost or undeliverable due to address. 

Our International Shipping Policy

All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.

All orders to Canada are shipped via UPS or Fedex depending on location and the Shopify shipping calculator. 

When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. ABG Lashwear has no control over these charges, nor can ABG Lashwear predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing your legal first and last name and a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.





You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unopened, in original packaging. In case of refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. Our return address is ABG LASHWEAR 630 Selby Lane, Unit #3, Livermore CA 94551.

All damaged or defective item claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. 


Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by ABG LASHWEAR as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to ABG LASHWEAR and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request ABG LASHWEAR to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the ABG LASHWEAR's Conditions, you agree to the above.


ABG LASHWEAR uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer, consist only of text, can not contain viruses and occupies virtually no space on your hard drive. During the time you visit the website, our web server assigns your browser a unique identifier string so as not to confuse you with other visitors. On ABG LASHWEAR we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to keep statistics of our visitors. Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Sales tax is applicable to all orders shipped within California and is 7.25%.

By placing an order at with ABG LASHWEAR, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed with ABG LASHWEAR for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.


All products remain ABG LASHWEAR's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from ABG LASHWEAR.

All transfers conducted through ABG LASHWEAR are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Force Majeure

Events outside ABG LASHWEAR's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that ABG LASHWEAR is released from ABG LASHWEAR's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.


You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.

In no case shall ABG LASHWEAR, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ABG LASHWEAR and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Additional Information

ABG LASHWEAR reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, ABG LASHWEAR has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. ABG LASHWEAR shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
